Bi-Alloy Screw Barrel adopt advanced high speed fusion technology with highly hardness, wear and corrosion resistance and high surface quality.
(1) Microstructure: an obvious dilution layer is present between lining alloy and backing steel to ensure alloy to be with excellent wear and corrosion resistance, which hardness can be up to HRC62~67.
(2) Hardness: Owing above HRC62 hardness at 400¢J high temperature, and still keep its excellent wear and corrosion resistance properties.
(3) Application: Can be widely applied to injection molding of various plastics such as engineering plastics containing with glass fiber, acid and thermo set. Can keep the surface of barrel cleaning to stable the injection pressure, long working life, increasing productivity and the value of the machine.
(4) Equipped with high temperature heater up to 450 ¢J and suitable for engineering plastics.
